I never thought I would be able to drive an Audi. 2012 A6 but you can't really tell because the car actually was taken care of. I saw the CarFax. They fixed a problem with the car even when they had no obligation to do so. Most dealers would not do that. I strongly recommend them. More

We have always e skeptical of used car sales places but Dallas Leasing is not you run of the mill used car dealer and Juan Contreras is not you typica We have always e skeptical of used car sales places but Dallas Leasing is not you run of the mill used car dealer and Juan Contreras is not you typical used car salesman. Juan was patient and answered all our questions about the vehicle we were interested in, he gave us time and space to discuss our option. When I was confused about an issue Juan walked me back through the process and made sure I was no longer lost. I am sure all the staff are just as capable was Juan but when we go back for another shopping spree we will be sure that Juan handles the sale. The one time Juan was not able to answer our question he was sure to bring in Kris Gaerlan the GM to assist with the issue. You will get as good as, if not better, sales and service at Dallas Lease Return as you will any large auto maker dealership in town. More

It was unbelievable how simple the process was in comparison to OEM dealerships. We met with Ken Purnell, who pulled the car out for us and gave us the facts without a filter. He then redirected us to Roel Ortiz who was more than helpful in closing out the deal. Both salesmen were extremely approachable and didn’t make us feel rushed into a purchase. They were aware of the few faults on the car and were more than willing to fix any issues and deliver us the car in tip-top shape. I would highly recommend Dallas Lease Returns and going to Roel Ortiz if interested in a near perfect used vehicle. More
