However, both my husband and I were totally amazed how easy and pleasant our experience was at this dealership. After initially communicating online with Kristen we set up an appointment and, although it was an extremely busy Saturday, she was able to accommodate us with a test drive, pricing out the lease and a trade-in on my old car in less than an hour! We returned a few days later to pick up the new Forester and met with Rich who was extremely proficient and pleasant in explaining all the paperwork. No "hassle" whatsoever!! Would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family interested in buying a Subaru. More

Exactly What I Was Looking For! I had been researching used cars for several weeks. I came across a car that I thought would be perfect for me at what I felt was a very good price at I had been researching used cars for several weeks. I came across a car that I thought would be perfect for me at what I felt was a very good price at Brewster Subaru. They set up a test drive for me immediately. The sales rep Kristen came along and answered any questions I had. After the test drive I knew I wanted the car. Kristen was able to knock off a few hundred dollars as well as offer a few hundred dollars for my trade in which I was just planning on junking. She was very patient as we waited for what seemed like an eternity on the phone with my insurance and then again as we waited for my bank to finalize my loan and cut the check. The whole process was a very positive experience from beginning to end and I could not be any happier with my car! I highly recommend purchasing your next new or used car from Brewster Subaru! More
