One other thing I took my 13 Silverado for warranty work they replaced alternator. When I took it in everyone worked when I got it back my amplifier I just had installed a week before no longer worked and t they replaced alternator. Took my 13 Silverado in a week ago for a oil pressure problem and alternator problem. Got my truck back dec 18 3025. To having a new alternator installed and it was over charging I took it back and they problem and alternator problem. Got my truck back dec 18 3025. To having a new alternator installed and it was over charging I took it back and they inform me ity battery is bad. I took it to two parts stores to have it tested and two other shops to have the battery test good and the alternator over charging. They charged me an additional 99.95. I'm xxxxxx cause it wasn't the problem and even if so they had installed the alternator wouldn't they have checked it while they had it and not charged me th e additional money. I will not recommend this shop to anyone and I will be discussing it with people I know that go there to stop going there. As this is not right to treat a customer this way. On top of that when I try to talk to the manager he just ignores my calls and switches me to someone else to not deal with it. More

I bought a set of tires from Austin Ford 2 or 3 years ago which came with free tire rotations. I made an appointment for a rotation, and told them I bought the tires with them. And expecting a 15 minute j which came with free tire rotations. I made an appointment for a rotation, and told them I bought the tires with them. And expecting a 15 minute job was disappointed to be waiting for over an hour. The WORST part; whether a misunderstanding or lack of knowledge about the tire plan, THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME $30.OO for a FREE rotation, and spent an HOUR doing an inspection I DIDN'T ASK FOR. More
