My car has been to the service department 3 times for the same issue. I picked it up today. Driving home, it started making the same noise. Three times and it’s still not fixed. Our sales experience was same issue. I picked it up today. Driving home, it started making the same noise. Three times and it’s still not fixed. Our sales experience was great. Service has been horrible. The service advisors have been nice but they receive a bad review even though they don’t actually perform the service to the vehicle. If my vehicle ever gets fixed, I will not return to James Wood for any other service. More

I have the 6. 2 engine. It locked up, no kind of warning. The motor was replaced, truck was in the shop for, repair for 6 weeks. I was given a lowner to drive. My t 2 engine. Easy to make a convenient appointment and the time taken to service my truck was relatively short. Nobody likes to wait but there were a lot of new vehicles to look at while the service work was being done to service my truck was relatively short. She noticed some operational settings that were incorrectly set. I had a couple other questions that she answered.
