Everything was explained to me in detail and I was shown the service area so I knew where to bring my car back for service. No pressure whatsoever. This dealership looks like a good place to work...the atmosphere is friendly and congenial. The only way to improve the quality of auto sales over all would be to cut down on the 3 1/2 to 4 hour time it takes to complete the process. This was our best car burying experience ever. Tony Wyatt was great and helped me purchase my 2014 Spark 1LT. From the moment he approached me outside he made me feel at ease. I spoke with Dan on the phone earlier in the day and he told me to ask for C 1LT. From the moment he approached me outside he made me feel at ease. I spoke with Dan on the phone earlier in the day and he told me to ask for Crystal when I arrived. Tony immediately sat me down while he tracked down Crystal and introduced us. Tony then took over and made the overall experience hassle free. He spoke honestly and honored the Internet price without any hassles. I usually detest car salesmen but Tony made me totally rethink my stance. Everyone I dealt with treated me like an old friend and made me feel at ease. If I'm ever in the market for another Chevy I will absolutely buy from Advantage and of course ask for Tony. More

When I entered the dealership I was immediately greeted by Eid. I had seen an ad online for a Chevy Spark that I was interested in, and immediately Eid retrieved the car so that I could take it for a test by Eid. I had seen an ad online for a Chevy Spark that I was interested in, and immediately Eid retrieved the car so that I could take it for a test drive. Eid was absolutely wonderful! He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and Chevy. He was able to answer all my questions, and show me all the great features of the car. Eid is an excellent salesman without being pushy or over bearing. He was extremely respectful to me, and just overall a great person to work with. Eid assisted me throughout the negotiation process, and even then I never felt uncomfortable, or pressured. Everyone that I worked with during that process was great to work with, just an overall excellent staff. This then extended all the way through the finance department where I met Mark and Dennis. Both of whom where extremely helpful and great to work with. I can honestly say that this is the best car-buying experience I have had. The customer service here was outstanding! I had previously gone to a different dealership to purchase my Chevy Spark, and the salesman I encountered there was less than pleasant, so I took my business elsewhere, and I am so glad that I did! More
