Perfect experience at Criswell Alfa. I was initially looking at used Alfa QVs until Karifa quoted me a deal on a new one I couldn’t pass up. I had such an amazing experience purchasing my Alfa Romeo Stelvio TI! The customer service was impeccable. I called the dealership around closing hours on a Friday and was greeted by Karifa. The color combo that I wanted was very hard to find. This dealership had only one of that model in stock! I booked an appointment for the next day and traveled from NY. Karifa was on time and was pleasant to work with. He kept me in the loop through out the entire process. He is very knowledgeable on his vehicles and was able to answer all my questions. He made my purchasing experience such an ease! Krystie, the business manager was also very pleasant to work with! She was able to break down everything to my understanding. The dealership took care of everything in house and I was able to drive my car back to NY same day. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will be keeping in touch. James displayed the appropriate knowledgeable to frame the Giulia as a good purchase, talking about its many safety and luxury features, and its high performance characteristics. We had, as with many others, "new car buying anxiety", which became a non-factor because of his subdued style of salemanship. Highly recommended and a great person! More
