I stumbled across Criswell Masertati-Alfa Romeo's website while looking for a used car on the weekend. I let James know that I'll be traveling from NJ (appx 6 hour round trip) and would like to waste as little time as possible on arrival. James called me first thing monday morning to confirm that the vehicle was still available. With that, we got on the road. On the way, I sent James my car's VIN and a few pictures so he can work on getting an estimate trade in value. From arrival to departure from Criswell dealership, it took a little more than two hours. This was the first time in my life I left a car dealership without feeling robbed of my time. Karifa is a great salesman. Loved his personality and attitude. I bought a used BMW M6 from him and loved the car. I definitely didn't get a great deal or anything, but that just is because Karifa knows attitude. I bought a used BMW M6 from him and loved the car. I definitely didn't get a great deal or anything, but that just is because Karifa knows how to close deals (can't fault him for that). He basically used every car dealer trick in the book, and let me tell you, it worked for him. My only gripe with the car I got had some terrible tires that should not have passed inspection. I drove only 7000 miles in the car and a tire blew out from wear-and-tear. Had to get all 4 replaced for about $2k which was awful (tire protection insurance didn't even cover it). Also, had to get all coils and spark plugs replaced around the same time so that was another $1500 down the drain. I don't think that's his fault, but definitely make sure to check everything so you don't get stuck with a money pit of a vehicle. Had to sell the car after a year because the maintenance costs were insane. Also, it took like 4 hours for them to have my car ready after I signed everything. Karifa is a great guy, but I think the dealership itself could use some operational improvements. I probably won't be coming back here but that's not in any way because of Karifa. More
