Just great friendly service Our Mustang did not start and we had to jump start. We parked the car at 5:30 pm in front of the closed repair shop. Worst service to date Brought my car in New Year’s Eve because my check engine light came on. It turned off but I insisted on bringing it in to check what the problem was. Brought my car in New Year’s Eve because my check engine light came on. It turned off but I insisted on bringing it in to check what the problem was. I had a cylinder 2 misfire. Kevin reset it and said if the check engine light came on to give him a call. Had I known nothing was going to be done that day or that I wouldn’t be able to just “give him a call” and bring it in I would have made an appointment, not just left without insisting on them fixing the problem or making me an appointment. Called and told me they are booked out for two weeks and can’t help me. Got a call back and said I could leave the car for a couple days with them. I live in Bradenton and have a full time job. I cannot leave my car for multiple days at a time. I bought my car here and have always come back to get it serviced. Previous visits I have always used Kurt as my service advisor and have never had a problem, he has always worked with me and fit me in. Now I have to search for another mechanic to work on my car. More
