Always a great experience at this dealership. I have been doing business with them for nine years. The service department makes the experience easy. Emil Pellino just under at this dealership. Emil Pellino just understands the meaning of what service is, i know he was promoted but i still request him as my service advisor, would hate to lose him. Two days ago was my opportunity to buy another car from Toyoto of Orlando. This is my fourth from them. My experience was once again great. The team that aided me in this process made sure that i was truly satisfied and i need to thank them. Kyle Carter sales director,, Carlos Marrero sales Specialist, Rick Luves sales rep. Made my experience end on a better note that I felt should have been better. The couple issues I had with the disappointing experience were. 1. Amazing Employees I was first contact by the internet sales Ranjlie she was so friendly and very pleasant. When I did find the dealership Kyle Carter greeted me very professionally and friendly it took his time to find out what I was looking for and it was a very pleasant test drive and he was able to answer all my questions with confidence. After test drive Kyle introduced me to Antonio Cruz to do the financial part I can not say enough good things about Antonio he is just amazing he worked hard for me to get me the best deal and the entire time he made me feel important as a person and customer he is the best. Then I was introduced to Angel Rodiguz he made the signing of all the paperwork easy and explained it to where a person could understand what was happening. When we got done with the paperwork Angel went to my brand new RAV4 and set up my phone with the radio and Kyle put my tag on and helped me clean out my trade in. This was my first Brand New Vehicle and I was and still am so excited and Kyle and Antonio made it so pleasant and I felt that they where truly happy for me too! The size of this dealership is gigantic, 20 plus acres according to our host Kyle who we met in the lot upon our arrival. Kyle was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Having worked in the service industry ourselves for many years Kyle's direction and professionalism were most appreciated. It was not long before Kyle located the car we were interested in and found on Toyota of Orlando's website {in our home computer}. After the test drive Kyle answered a battery of questions about the car. This is the fourth new Corolla we have purchased over an almost twenty year period and we thought we knew a lot about them. Kyle showed us differently, this new Corolla was far from any Corolla of yesteryear. We were next introduced to Antonio Cruz (salesman) who immediately made us feel very welcome at his place of business. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were purchasing and the handling of the financial aspects of the sale. He went out if his way to keep us informed in every step of the process to purchase the vehicle. He made us feel like one of the family by telling us of his father's U.S. Army service record and experiences. He was a true gentleman during the whole process. Our next person to deal with was Angel Rodriguez Vega the Financial Services employee. Angel was delightful to work with. He was very friendly and upbeat. He handled all the financial papers with ease and expertise and explained every paper in detail. He allowed for all the time that was needed to be sure that you (as the customer) comprehended all the papers you were signing. He gave us Toyota key chains as a token of friendship to his new customers. He is an asset to the Toyota dealership. We received a courtesy call from Cynthia Wagner (Administration) after purchasing the car. Cynthia was very courteous and professional on the phone. She explained again to us about all the free services Toyota provides with the purchase of the vehicle (oil changes, etc.) She answered our every question and left us feeling great about the whole experience. In conclusion I want to thank the people listed above for the best deal and the best car, the Toyota Corolla. My wife and I have put over 530,000 trouble free miles on three Toyota Corolla's. We have owned numerous brands of new cars both foreign and domestic with nothing in our experience coming close to Toyota's economy, reliability, and value. Thank you.
