I’m over 100 miles away from the dealership. Was able to get a deal done on my trade and the new truck I wanted before I showed up on the lot. Took my car for service with a check engine light, they kept my car an extra day. They found the problem and said they would fix it, covered by warranty. When I walked over to pick the car up they said the kept my car an extra day. They found the problem and said they would fix it, covered by warranty. When I walked over to pick the car up they said they did not fix the problem, they just reset the programming of my vehicle and that I would have to bring it back if the light came back on (the second time would not be covered by warranty). When they returned the car to me, a new light on the dashboard was on and when I went back in to mention it, they questioned if that light was already on when I brought the vehicle in….. then they asked me to leave the car for a few more hours. This is the fifth time I have brought my car into service since buying it from the dealership just 6 months ago. And every time has been due to an error on the service team’s end. When I went to pay the cost of the last service, the cashier asked me “are you even old enough to drive?” More

Arrived at 10:30am and left with our new truck by 2pm. It was disappointing that we had called to make sure the truck we were interested in was available and made an appt with Angie. Then arrived the next day and Angie was not in office. We didn’t mind that Angie would not be our sales person. BUT Kyle is the reason we Purchased this Truck. We had already visited atleast 4-5 dealerships in the previous weeks and not bought. We learned that Kyle would not get the full credit of our purchase. Had I known that prior to paperwork I would have left. Angie did not deserve the credit of the sale simply because she answered the phone the day prior. More
