Took my car for service with a check engine light, they kept my car an extra day. They found the problem and said they would fix it, covered by warranty. When I walked over to pick the car up they said the kept my car an extra day. They found the problem and said they would fix it, covered by warranty. When I walked over to pick the car up they said they did not fix the problem, they just reset the programming of my vehicle and that I would have to bring it back if the light came back on (the second time would not be covered by warranty). When they returned the car to me, a new light on the dashboard was on and when I went back in to mention it, they questioned if that light was already on when I brought the vehicle in….. then they asked me to leave the car for a few more hours. This is the fifth time I have brought my car into service since buying it from the dealership just 6 months ago. And every time has been due to an error on the service team’s end. When I went to pay the cost of the last service, the cashier asked me “are you even old enough to drive?” More
