My sales experience with Kyle and the rest of Long McArthur Hello all, I was making a road trip back my installation when my truck decided to quit. I got it towed to the nearest ford dealership (Long McArthur). Hello all, I was making a road trip back my installation when my truck decided to quit. I got it towed to the nearest ford dealership (Long McArthur). While my truck was in the shop I figured I would go look at vehicles. That's where I met my new friend Kyle, he didn't approach me as a sale or a customer but as of we were family. I told him my current situation with he truck and my financial status. We sat down and he took my information and he was gone maybe 5 minutes and told me I had good chances for 2 trucks on hand. I drove them and Kyle was just great, we were having conversations as if we knew each other for years! So we went back and he ended up getting my mo they payment lower than initially rough estimated. The financial part was only a seamless 30 minutes and I was on my way. Everyone at Long Mcarthur treats you right and it's awesome. Ive never seen any dealership like this one. Only thing you got to watch for with Kyle is that he likes to turn your heated seat on when you're not looking!! Highly reccomend!! More
