He stream lined the entire car shopping experience making it not seem like it dragged out out all day. (Cause we all know you can sit in some dealerships all day and get no where!) A great long-distance buying experience - highly recommended If I had to describe my buying experience at Long McArthur Ford in one word, it would be… WOW! I had been shopping for a new truck with specific feat If I had to describe my buying experience at Long McArthur Ford in one word, it would be… WOW! I had been shopping for a new truck with specific features and had no luck with my local dealers. Then I found one on-line, but it was in Kansas and I live in Virginia. Looking at their website, though, it looked like they specialize in long-distance sales, so I took a chance and called them. The salesman I talked to, Kyle, was great and really put me at ease about a distance deal. It took a couple calls, but we came up with a price that made it worth taking the chance. I flew to Wichita and was picked up right on time by a very nice gentleman name Jerry and we had a most pleasant chat on the hour drive to the dealership. When we got there, Kyle was standing outside waiting for me, with a friendly smile and handshake. We looked at the truck and it was everything they promised – beautiful! Then we met with Lee to do the paperwork and he had things all ready to go. Start to finish, it was a very pleasant and efficient experience. How about follow up? Well there was one small glitch with the financing, but a call to Lee and it was fixed quickly and correctly. Then on my birthday last week, I got a call from Kyle wishing me a happy birthday. That was a big deal if you think about it… I live 1200 miles away, so it’s pretty unlikely I’d be servicing my truck there, buying parts, etc. Quite a nice gesture and it tells you just what these people are all about. I can’t say enough good things about the folks there and I highly recommend them – wherever you live. More
