Originally from East Texas, Kyle has spent a lot of time traveling due to work and his time in the Army. When not working, he enjoys spending time with friends, swimming, trying new foods, attending local events and being outdoors. He aspires to travel more in the future.

As I told Kyle over the phone, when he continually kept over talking me, I am done with this dealership as long as he is involved. When the main used car manager can only justify his actions, rather than empathize with the complaint and try to drill down on the root cause that began the poor chain of events. . . it is a losing battle. The customer is not always right. The truth always lies somewhere in the middle. If Kyle speaks to his employees the way he does customers, I am amazed that your turnover rate is not extreme. There is always room to improve, rather than continually justifying your own actions.
