Even though we had to wait 6 months from the time we ordered, Shields and Ford kept us informed as to what was going on with our truck purchase. They gave us a reasonable trade-in, and when it came tim ordered, Shields and Ford kept us informed as to what was going on with our truck purchase. They gave us a reasonable trade-in, and when it came time to pick up our new truck, there was no haggling or backing out of the original deal. In fact, they applied some extra incentives Ford had made available, and so we got an extremely good deal out of it, with some extra cash to put into our bank or to use towards the purchase. We were very, very satisfied with our purchase. More
