Schedule appointment times that run an hour to an hour and a half late. No communication between service dept and customer. Repair times that are grossly exaggerated. Indifferent to customer's needs. Service Advisor and Service Technician diagnosed the problem and ordered the replacement parts. A transmission line leak was also observed and added to the repair order. The dealership seemed very uninterested in diagnosing and trying to find out what was wrong with my vehicle. They never called to update me on the status of my vehicle so I just drove over and picked it up. trying to find out what was wrong with my vehicle. It is currently being repaired elsewhere as I found someone that wanted to help me with my vehicle. I will never bring my vehicle back to this dealer nor recommend anyone take theirs there. More
