I brought my 2015 Tahoe on short notice for a air
conditioning problem. The Service Rep found that the truck also had a oil cooler leak. I brought it in on Monday needing the truck back by the next
conditioning problem. The Service Rep found that the truck also had a oil cooler leak. I brought it in on Monday needing the truck back by the next day Tuesday. Kyle and the Service Rep did an outstanding job getting the work completed so the truck could be used for a road trip on Wednesday!
I have always been impressed with the dedication of your staff, especially Kyle, but this time they went above and beyond my expectations, as (if I understand correctly), the service rep. stayed beyond his normal end of day to make sure the truck was completed Tuesday evening.
