Had to call in 4 times for this appointment. .Never did speak to my advisor. I don't even know what was done to my car. I mean at this point I have to assume someone actually looked at my car and .Never did speak to my advisor. I don't even know what was done to my car. I mean at this point I have to assume someone actually looked at my car and made sure everything was OK. I wouldn't know because no one ever spoke to me. So not a lot of trust with this place. Is it too much to ask for some respect, basic customer service, and for my questions to be answered? More
