I have always had a professional and very knowledgeable encounter with Kyle in the sales department as well as Mike Martin my salesman. I can not say the same for the service department. They are rude, unp encounter with Kyle in the sales department as well as Mike Martin my salesman. I can not say the same for the service department. They are rude, unprofessional, and quick to get you off the phone when you have questions. I will always buy my cars from Hilltop Chevrolet but I can not say I would do my maintenance there. Maybe the sales department should give some tips to the service department on how to treat customers. More
