Great Service experience. They always check in on maintenance due so I don't have to remember. Infiniti of Lynnwood Picked up, serviced, and dropped off my car. They also applied additional discounts and the actual price was lower than what was quoted, which was a very nice surprise. Great follow up after the Service to ensure I was satisfied. And when I am onsite, no wait, and everyone is nice and helpful and good coffee and snacks. More

Here is my feedback which I already shared with the service department. First, the issue regarding the 3% service charge for using a credit card was not mentioned to me until making the final payment. service department. First, the issue regarding the 3% service charge for using a credit card was not mentioned to me until making the final payment. I cant believe that Infiniti with the extremely high margins on the service parts and labor still finds the need to charge customers with the additional 3% charge. Secondly, I can't believe that a censor for the airbags costs $1,000. Every time I've gone to your service department, the costs are outrageous. It prevents me from ever even thinking about purchasing another car from Infiniti. More
