Lani has been an amazing car sales man. He ask the right questions and ask for input. We have purchased 3 vehicles so far with Lani. Always courteous and dedicated. I would have given 5 stars but our last finance guy an Alex was a miss. We asked if we can transfer tags and he said no drew up the contract with a new tag fee. Along the process changed it to a tag transfer without informing us of the change. Did not follow up on signature documents and told us he was sending them and did not. We had to ask and remind which is not professional. More

The salesman and his assistant were very cognizant in what I wanted in a used car. After looking at 3 cars they showed me exactly what I wanted, even though it cost more than I wanted to pay.
