Great experience. We did our homework in advance and as a result Mike Danielson was able to be very straightforward; very attentive and quick communication when we had a question or concern in person, by phone or text. Very helpful and appreciated! Very laid back experience. Mike had to be out of town a few days and had us work with Lou Cavallari in his absence. Lou was also tremendous. Lou took the ball and was extremely friendly and accommodating when we needed his assistance. Everyone at the dealer was friendly, attentive and helpful. One caveat, the Finance Manager that helped us was the weakest link in the chain. This was a shame since it was the last step in the purchase and didn't leave us feeling very good. Not very friendly and extremely dry. Did not make us feel welcome. Instead of explaining everything and helping us feel comfortable we had to coax information out of him by asking questions and asking him to explain items. Overall a 4* experience!

Always prompt and efficient for service. Waiting room is comfortable and I am fortunately never in their very long. They are always very thorough and explain the results and information clearly and professionally.
