horrible experience and never got return phone calls Had car brought in for warranty leak and noise. after waiting two days called them myself for them to say cant find noise and put no effort in taking Had car brought in for warranty leak and noise. after waiting two days called them myself for them to say cant find noise and put no effort in taking for a ride to get to make noise. used my lunch break to drive around block to get to make noise. showed service writer noise. still warranty leak on transmission not completed. they were going to fix in am and look into noise more. waited till 4 the next day and called them myself again to see if it was done and said leak was completed and the is noise coming from something internal in engine but they cant work on it because they had no certified technician to work on it. if i had known that i would have taken to a shop capable of working on it. went to pick up car and was handed keys to someone else's car. after getting my keys and walking out door overheard another customer upset they were supposed to fix something and it was not fixed. So i was out of a car for almost a week and still making horrible noise. Took car on vacation to Tennessee and noise got worse. brought into a service center and within twenty minutes they found noise, called me back letting me know they found flywheel broken and pieces coming apart, had part in stock and would have my car back the next day . Not very settling to know flywheel was broken this whole time after taking my family in car trip for 800 miles. seeing what good service i had on vacation i will not be bringing my car back to Amsterdam fuccilo for service again and will be looking for another service center to work on my car. More

I have been servicing my wrangler here for years, and just got another. Everyone is accommodating and goes above and beyond. They make sure I am on the road safe and sound and get to where I need to be, just got another. Everyone is accommodating and goes above and beyond. After such excellent experience with the sales department, when I was ready to get a new vehicle, it was a no brainer to reach out to the sales staff, who were just as great. Really Satisfied!! It was awesome working with Lance Hopkins, he communicated really well and help me understand what was wrong with my vehicle. They really did do a good job on the car, and i would recommend this to other people. The only negative input i have is that i wasn't able to pick up my car for a couple of days due to a business trip. When i went and pick it up, the car had a ton of snow and a layer of ice on it. I did tell them that i was going to pick up the vehicle that Friday. It took a while scrub the ice off on a windy 15 degree weather day. Apart from that, they did a really good job on my car and fixed all the issues that it had. More

They were cordial and the work was done in a timely fashion. Everyone was upbeat and welcoming and very easy to interact with.
