I usually call to make sure JAY from service isn’t working because he is one of the rudest people you’ll ever meet . When ever he’s not there I never have any issues or complaints but if he’s there I working because he is one of the rudest people you’ll ever meet . When ever he’s not there I never have any issues or complaints but if he’s there I guaranteed he’s talking down or arguing with someone. Place would be a lot better if he wasn’t dealing with customers. One more thing when ever jay is there I have to call parts or any other line because they don’t pick up and I know it’s because they have caller id and they know who is calling I know because the second another number calls they pick up . And if they do happen to pick up (after being on hold for long) they always say no to anything I have to say but the second my wife calls from a different number they answer right away and they always give her a yes Ok no problem for the same question they just told me NO .. I’ll call try and make a appointment and they say not today but someone else calls it’s yes no problem come one in. I love my dodge but when ever I go to get oil change they make me regret buying it there More

I will not recommend this car brand, not even my worst enemy. :( I was promised features that the vehicle did not bring.
