I came back! This is the third time I’ve purchased a vehicle from Hyundai and my first time working with Joe! I absolutely love this place! I worked with Joe this time around, and I have to say this guy is awesome! He’s so incredibly kind and down to earth. He really wants to help you find what you *NEED.* This deal I worked with Joe, Steve, Phil and of course Karen! I love you all. Such incredible people. Yes, they are a car dealership. Yes, they sell you cars. I initially went in looking for a used bigger vehicle. I was given the option but ultimately Joe showed me new was going to be the way to go. Payment, interest rates and warranty all being taken accounted for. He showed me my budget friendly vehicle and the second I dismissed it for personal reasons he basically tossed the keys back in the building and got me what suited my growing family better! I got the deal of the year. Steve (finance) and I got down to business and he laid it out plainly. He got me everything I asked for and I am so incredibly happy. Phil helped me secure my top quality extras I factored into my deal. I highly recommend Joe and this whole team. I will be back once this baby is paid off. More

Worst service department that I have dealt with from any dealership. Lies and unprofessionalism to cover for doing anything. To get management involved each time just to get something simple taken care of i dealership. Lies and unprofessionalism to cover for doing anything. To get management involved each time just to get something simple taken care of is insane. Then, cover their incompetence with more lies. As someone who just bought a turd made to look good, I am sick and frustrated from this place. It takes away from the excitement of owning a car that I really wanted. More

Would haven't given it a 4 except that the problem I came in to have fixed reared it's ugly head again yesterday and evidently your servicemen have no idea what the problem is. The car stalls while in motion in to have fixed reared it's ugly head again yesterday and evidently your servicemen have no idea what the problem is. The car stalls while in motion. It's happened 4 times now in the last two months, twice on the freeway at 70 mph and twice at at a stop or accelerating from a stop. I paid over $800 to have this and a couple other issues taken care of so don't really want to pay more (much). I need someone to research this maybe with other dealers before I bring it in again. Please help because this can be dangerous at high speeds. I sent you a li k e message yesterday to you with no response. I like my Tucson and would look to Hyandai in the future, but if this cannot be dealt with I am soured to ever buy another Hyundai. Thanks for your help. More
