Pete is a dream! Pete Montalvo was and is there for us. He helped us find a deal, no matter that we were using the Costco auto buying program which I expect reduces h Pete Montalvo was and is there for us. In any case, he go me pricing on cars I was interested in... no matter where they were. Once the car came and I needed help getting the new car "wrap" off the nooks and crannies, he got it done for me. He doesn't pressure and wants to be your long time car buying guy. You can see others coming in to talk to HIM... and he is there for these folks. Kudos to the man. Kudos to the dealership for keeping someone that I can relate to and make a deal with. More

Service was great! This is my first time leasing a Hyundai and I was having trouble with my car seat being secure. I asked Lance to look at it and he showed my how to p This is my first time leasing a Hyundai and I was having trouble with my car seat being secure. engine light came on and brought it in to see what was wrong As always, our service advisor, Lance Smith, was very helpful, got to the problem right away, got it in to be fixed. The waiting room is always clean and there is always coffee, and danish for the customers, and theres always a movie on to keep us entertained while we wait. I would definitely recommend this dealerships service department. More

I Would Like Everyone To Know That I Have Bought Many Cars Over The Years,But This Dealership Has Been A Great Experience For Me. I Found A 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe, And I Am VERY Happy With It. Everyone That I Have Delt With At Lithia Has Been Friendly, And Very Helpful. My 2 Sales Representatives Mr. Bill Khan, And Mr. Bryan Ogg Have Been Nothing But Top Noch. When I Was Still Shopping For A Car, Mr. Khan Actually Came Into The Dealership On His Day Off To Help Me Find What I Was Looking For !! Being A Used Vehicle,There Were A Few Minor Issues With My Santa Fe. The Serivce Department Was Outstanding, Lance Smith, And Kyle In Parts, Were Nothing But Professional, Extremely Helpful, And Always Knowledge.
