Had a recall notice on my vehicle. I called to set up an appt. I asked about what transmission services they offer since I was going to be there anyways. She said she didn't know anyt I called to set up an appt. I asked about what transmission services they offer since I was going to be there anyways. She said she didn't know anything about services they provide, so transferred me to a service person that didn't ever pick up the phone. A couple days later, I receive a call confirming an appointment I never made. Since I needed the recall serviced I accepted the appt and they said it would take a couple hours. 2 and a half hours in I called the dealer and was informed they were having trouble performing an update and couldn't get my car out of park. They offered me a loaner vehicle(that I had to refuel) and said it might be at least a day. I asked if they could at least wash the car for the delay and they said absolutely. So I drove the 30 minutes home and immediately received a call saying I could come back and pick up the vehicle. When I picked the car up, of course they hadn't washed it. It's an older car and it was a recall, so I get it that I wasn't going to receive concierge treatment but it took way more time than promised, I had to pay for fuel in a loaner because of their delay, and they lied about the car wash. On top of that I forgot 2 bags of chips in the loaner and they never said a word. Just another shady dealership doing the bare minimum. More

Great so far when it comes to service. Lifetime oil change is definitely a must. But the sales time definitely try to super low-ball the cost of the vehicle when buying back.
