I was very happy with the service I received. There are two things I would change though. Phones are not permitted in my building and parking is really far away so it doesn’t make sense for me to keep walking back-and-forth to check my phone to see if my car is ready. The second thing I would change is that although I used the concierge service I brought the loaner car back to koons and picked mine up because it was easier for everyone. I still got charged a four dollars toll, which koons would’ve been charged if they had delivered my car to me, so I don’t think that was right that I had to pay that. Although it’s very small amount, it’s the principle of it. I really like this service center, and I’m treated very well here otherwise! More
