He was patient, honest, knowledgeable, and never pushy. I especially appreciated that he gave thoughtful recommendations without trying to upsell services I didn’t need. He also took the time to explain the condition of my tires clearly and helped resolve an issue with my wheel lock key that had become very stressful.
