They offered me the electric charger station for free at the dealership, everytime I'm charging someone from the dealer decides to plug another vehicle knowing that doing that will split the energy and doub the dealership, everytime I'm charging someone from the dealer decides to plug another vehicle knowing that doing that will split the energy and double it the waiting time for the customer. I think the dealership staff should let the customer to finish charging before they plug another vehicle. I've been asking them but they don't care since they don't need to wait outside. More

Extremely show. They over book appointments which bogs down service time and quality. A simple 20 minute oil change took 1 hour and 49 minutes. I scheduled a routine oil change and tire rotation appointment. When I arrived I was told it would take at least 1-1/2 hours. When I signed and looked at my watch the service advisor became very defen appointment. When I arrived I was told it would take at least 1-1/2 hours. When I signed and looked at my watch the service advisor became very defensive and condescending saying she can only work as fast as she can work and they have her really backed up and overloaded back there. This makes me question what the point of making an appointment is if the schedule isn’t kept. There was no communication with me the whole time I was there. I never received any texts as I normally do. After 1:45 I went looking for a status update and was told by a different advisor that it had already been completed. The cost is also more than double other options in the area but the time required was 5 times as long as it takes at other places. My overall feeling is that the service department at DeHaven has been in steady decline over the past 2-3 years and I am considering no longer bringing my service business there anymore and also no longer being a loyal buyer of vehicles there as I have been for the past 15+ years. More
