Anyway, it all started when I took my old MB up for a scheduled service and learned it was just too old and beyond acceptable repair. I went back over to the dealership and found an E350 exactly like my old MB but 9 years newer (I did insist on tan interior), but when I husband drove it one evening, he said it had too many “assists” for him to drive and he said it was to low profile for where we live, he said I should consider a suv (that would be much more practical), so back to the dealership I went. I told Wayne at this point I didn’t necessarily need a white car with tan interior, but would take anything but a black car, even a red one would do, and that’s what had just come in, a little bright beautiful red GLA, it fits in my garage and I couldn’t be happier 😁 Thanks again to the whole team...my service department rep Raphael Powell has been a real doll to work with over the years, thanks Raphael for all you do for me 🤗 Wayne, Larry I won’t wait so long to come back for another MB 😉 More

Unforgetable Experience! On last Thursday, I googled my car of interest and Mercedes of Annapolis came up in my search engine. I decided to call to inquire about a specific ve On last Thursday, I googled my car of interest and Mercedes of Annapolis came up in my search engine. I decided to call to inquire about a specific vehicle and was connected to Ron Scherr. Mr. Scherr suggested that I come into the dealership to discuss my options. From the time I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist, Holly, to the time that I left the dealership with my new vehicle, the service that I received was impeccable! Being service oriented and one that is passionate about receiving excellent service, I'm quick to recognize those that are exceptional and go above and beyond the call of duty. Mr. Scherr, not only educated me, he took his time to provide a variety of options, as well as assisting me with choosing the car that was best suited my needs. I'm so thankful and honored to have been serviced by a dealership that took time to ensure my satisfaction.
