I made an appointment. When I got there they said “that’s weird your appointment is with a tech that has the day off today” so I thought that was wack. Like why is the computer scheduling me on a day when the service tech is off. Anyways the guy helping me was super helpful and accommodated me anyways so that was a plus. But they didn’t actually fix the issue I went in for although they seemed confident that they had fixed the issue. So now I have to make another appointment and wait another two weeks for that one. Hopefully they get it right on try number 2 More
