Instead, you wait in plush lounges with free internet, freshly baked cookies, coffee, tea, juices and/or drinks. Or, just relax and watch TV. You literally forget you’re at a dealership. Ben Thomas, service department, always comes to look for me, whether I’m in the car lot, Lounge or walking around to hand deliver my keys. And that’s only for a car wash! Since I’m never there for issues due to Lexus vehicles never breaking down, regular maintenance or car washes are too far and few between. But when I am there, it’s A1 Service! Hiighly recommend Larry Kidd if you’re looking for a preowned certified Lexus and Ben Thomas when you’re in the service department. I asked for a walk around video and a detailed description of the Cayenne. While Larry did provide me with 3 very short and poor quality videos...I asked for him to give me a more detailed description. He said it was wet outside and that's the reason for the poor video and maybe I should look for a vehicle closer to where I live. Well, I have purchased vehicles out of state before. I actually purchased my Porsche 911 from a dealer in Arizona without issue. So, it can be done. His overall attitude was not what I expected. I'm a former Internet Sales Manager from a larger dealership and never took any of my customers for granted. I easily could've made a deposit today but he did not gain my trust. He seemed like he didnt care about my business. More
