I found a pre-owned vehicle that I was interested in today while searching the Northside Lexus website. I went in, told the salesman (Larry K.), and he quickly took me out for a test drive. He offered m today while searching the Northside Lexus website. I went in, told the salesman (Larry K.), and he quickly took me out for a test drive. He offered me the carfax, answered all of my questions with a smile, and even entertained my parents. The entire process only took a few hours. Even Brent in the financing department was extremely patient and helpful. I give the experience a 10/10 and would refer anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle to Northside Lexus. More

Larry was pleasant and knowledgeable. The car he sold us had some items missing and he was able to get them for us after I sent numerous emails and kept following up with him.
