I could not be more satisfied with the service I received at Crown with our Yukon XL. It developed an unforeseen but known engine problem that occurred right at the wrong time, and we were very worried about at Crown with our Yukon XL. Scott Sparks and the management did not have to help us, but they did as they stand by their customers and helped my family through a difficult time. I am so glad that we have continued to do business with Crown as they treat you like they would their own family.
