Service department is very slow and nonchalant. It took a week to get an appointment. I scheduled first thing in the morning got there early. They told me it would only be one hour for an oil chang It took a week to get an appointment. I scheduled first thing in the morning got there early. They told me it would only be one hour for an oil change.. I told them I did not need a car wash or anything like that. It took two hours and they washed my car.. at an hour and a half. I went to them and said I had another appointment in 30 minutes and needed to be out of here. The lady at the counter could care less and went on about her business and said she would get to asking the service person where my car was.. I stood around for 10 minutes and she never got to it. I pushed Moore to the point where another service person could see my frustration and got up to help me.. they said they're bringing my car around and after 10 minutes of waiting in the sun for it to be brought around it still wasn't brought to me. I went in to ask them and they said they were getting it even after I said I did not want a car wash because I needed to leave. They washed the car which delayed the whole process.. zero communication going on and I was not happy. Does not take two hours for a simple oil change. More

The finance manager Larry Riddle was very friendly, personal, and explained going through the loan process well and the extended warranty offers as well. I would only give 4 out of 5, due to that working with the Assistance Finance Manager Charles was way to aggressive with trying to get the car sale done on Sunday that when I went back out to my car to leave the lot he tried to come up to me to offer me a lower APR percentage that I declined. I wouldn't want to work with Charles there, but overall great experience!! More

I have been taking my vehicle to Lakeland Volkswagen for over 3 years for service. In all that time I have had just one bad visit but Ashleigh Hernan in the service department resolved my problem. Martin the sales guy was amazing! Once I realized the starting price if the vehicle was under 20k I was like sign me up!
