I have been going to Lakeland VW to service my vehicle for the last 2 1/2 years. In all that time I have been happy with their service every time except once, 2 visits ago. So on my last visit, I notified Ashleigh of the problem I had during that previous visit. She notified the service manager of my problem, and I have to admit they went above and beyond to correct the problem and satisfy me to the point I will never take my car anywhere else to be serviced. Kudos to Ashleigh and her team. More
