Let me start by saying the sales process was nice. I have no complaints, negotiations were good, felt like I got a good price, etc... However, the issues I have are post sales. No more than 12 hour I have no complaints, negotiations were good, felt like I got a good price, etc... However, the issues I have are post sales. No more than 12 hours later, the check engine light, TPMS light, Stability control light, etc... came on in the car. I sent a text simply stating, "I think we have a problem here." The response was why I am writing this review. They responded with "You bought a warranty.". So in short, they do not stand behind anything they sell. These are the items I had to address after I took delivery. 1. Fill all the tires to the correct pressure. They were at 28 and should be at 33. 2. Change the oil. It was about 2 quarts low and hadn't been changed. 3. Balance the tires, new tires were installed but they were not balanced which caused vibrations at high speed. If they can't do these simple things then beware of anything you buy. They had a customer for life on Sunday and lost that customer on Monday. More
