Although none of us would be happy if their brand new Honda Civic with only 500 miles on it, stopped working due to a rodent chewing the engine harness wiring, thankfully the service advisor, Lloyd, was Honda Civic with only 500 miles on it, stopped working due to a rodent chewing the engine harness wiring, thankfully the service advisor, Lloyd, was wonderful! He communicated very well every step of the way & was very kind! The sales department was also great; however, I did feel tremendous pressure from the individual trying to sell me the seat protection package & I would suggest that he might want to scale that down a bit. Larry, the manager, was very kind & professional & informative and Ben, my sales person, was very knowledgeable & professional & kind! Joyce Honda is a top-notch dealership and always has been! We purchased our first Honda in 1996...A white Honda Accord and it ran forever! Honda is a tried-and-true corporation known for quality engineering and exceptional user-friendly design! My only suggestion that would help to ensure even better customer satisfaction would be for Honda Corporate, in the future, to implement a more reasonable solution, in the event a car in service is ready for pick up but the insurance check has not arrived yet vis US mail as was the case in my situation recently, Ultimately, suffice it to say it caused me a lot of stress! I would urge Honda Corporate to require a faster, more reliable means of check delivery from insurance companies. I stress 'Honda Corporate' since I realize that situation was out of Joyce Honda’s control. Finally, I would absolutely recommend Joyce Honda to anyone!! More

if i could leave 0 stars, i would. i had a horrible experience - first time customer and it will be my last. i dropped off my car for a quick diagnostic and left it there for 3 days. i i had a horrible experience - first time customer and it will be my last. i dropped off my car for a quick diagnostic and left it there for 3 days. i picked up my car and had a massive crack in my windshield that was not there prior. mike pietroni was my service advisor and he was not a good one. offered little to no help and the VP of the location is also horrible. i would never return here nor would i ever recommend this place to anyone. ended up paying $500 to get my windshield repaired because of this dealership. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. More

I had an outstanding experience at Joyce Honda (Denville) and a big reason for that was my sales associate, Joe San Roman, who truly went above and beyond from start to finish. Joe was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, taking the time to answer every question I had and making sure I was completely comfortable throughout the entire process. He never made me feel rushed or pressured and genuinely had my best interests in mind. Joe’s professionalism, honesty, and dedication really stood out. He made what can often be a stressful process feel easy, enjoyable, and seamless. It was clear that he cared not just about making a sale, but about making sure I was 100% satisfied and confident in my decision. Because of Joe, I walked away feeling great about my purchase and the entire experience. I also want to recognize Chris Stark, the sales manager, for his transparency and support; Larry Swanson, Vice President and General Manager, for fostering such a welcoming, customer-focused environment; and Efren in finance, who made the paperwork simple, clear, and stress-free. Everyone I worked with was friendly, professional, and made me feel like family. This was hands down one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I will absolutely be returning to Joyce Honda in the future and will be recommending Joe San Roman and the entire Joyce Honda team to all of my friends and family.
