I bought a car from Josh Walker a few months ago and he was amazing! He was the only salesman who has ever explained how the whole car buying process works! He explained everything from how my trade gets a was amazing! He was the only salesman who has ever explained how the whole car buying process works! He explained everything from how my trade gets appraised and valued, the difference between an inquiry and submittal on my credit, and then how and what fair market value is! He is the most friendliest, honest, hard working, and thoughtful salesman I’ve ever met! He told me that he works for me and not the dealership and that his service after the sale is what he takes the most pride in! Well my car had a couple of minor issues and just like during the sale he was true to his word! Even though he is always so busy, he sent a driver to get my car, left me with a loaner, got my car fixed, filled it with gas, and hand washed it himself! When he had my car ready to come home I was at work and he worked around my schedule and had my car delivered back to me like new!!! I’ve never had a salesman or a dealership go above and beyond like this for me and the best part is I didn’t lose a minute of my time! As long as Mr. Walker is there, Steve Landers CDJ will have my business for life! More

We use Steve Landers because they employ knowledgeable people in the sales department. Lamar actually seemed interested in what "I" wanted in a vehicle. We did have one snafu. This is not a cussing, throwing a hissy-fit, or yelling event but an area for improvement. I bought the truck on Saturday and went back on Monday to pick it up. Lamar was off that day and no one seemed to really know the status of my truck. I was told it would be ready around 3 PM. I arrived at 3:30. During the time I was there I was told three or four times that it was "almost ready". Finally at 8:30 PM Josh and Zack realized we were still there. After about twenty minutes they discovered the pickup was still sitting outside the wash rack. They brought the new truck around and told me I could bring it in the next day for detail. The second key was also lost. When I went back Wednesday still no spare key. I asked to speak to Laura and she ended up getting a new one made for me. I would suggest that there be a better system to organize and keep track of where vehicles are in the system. Everyone should have tracking information to every vehicle being sold. I wonder what would happen if a thief drove a vehicle off the lot and no one knew it was missing. In my case they would have been a long way down the road in the five hours my wife and I sat in the showroom Monday. More

I only have $1500.00 left on my warrant after unnecessary repairs. You then let my truck sat for 20 days without making any attempt to make the property repairs.
