I received a call later the same day and was told that somehow the rebates for the truck had not been applied to the purchase. This happened in the transfer of information as the agreement I reviewed with Laura clearly showed them applied. I believe it was Mr. Gritz that called regarding the error. He told me the rebates would be refunded to me when they were received from GM. I agreed to the arrangement, but believe such oversight is avoidable. More
