I was hoping for a smooth transaction with Rallye Lexus. Initially, the first salesperson at Rallye Lexus didn't leave a good impression, so I decided to find another salesperson, and I'm glad I did. Lauren Hu was very friendly and made the car shopping experience easy and stress-free. None of the typical car dealership tricks or scams that some salespeople and dealerships tend to play on their customers.
