I have been a Lexus loyal for 20+ years. I am accustomed to first class service. The service at this Lexus center it did not feel premium. Service was very stream line and impersonal. At other Lexus service center, I would meet with the service manager and he/she would provide an overview of the work that it would be performed. Here I was not even sure what was done other than a piece of paper at the end. I left feeling unclear of how my vehicle status was. No clue about breaks, wipers or tires condition. However, the service was completed promptly. Loaner was first class. I little more attention to detail would have gone a long way. I hope my next appointment would be more satisfactory. More
