Very clean waiting room for service. Not a lot of customer parking. Besides the few spots (maybe 4 at the maximum) your left on your own to park randomly throughout the dealer lot. Meaning besides the 4 marked spots you just have to park your car or truck somewhere where it won’t get hit. They offer a free car wash which is excellent. Although half the time they forget to do it. Which is annoying as xxxx. The service seems to be pretty good. I have not had any issues with that. However, there scheduling of work is not the greatest. If they have say 4 techs for oil changes and tire rotation in there express department, they seem to schedule 8 cars at the same work time. Which doesn’t make sense at all! Which leads to you to believe there just after money and nothing else. You shouldn’t have to wait 2 and half hours for an oil change and tire rotation at there express department. There is absolutely nothing express about it. So in closing, I think there biggest issue, that I have, after being there at least 4 times for service, is scheduling there workload. If they could figure that out, it would probably be a 5 star service department. More
