Mac Haik had great customer service and they delivered in everything they promised. They went above and beyond and I highly recommend them. Duy Phung really took care of me. Changed Me from a Honda Customer to A Toyota Customer I never thought that I would have bought a Toyota but for me, it's all about customer service and unfortunately, Classic Honda let me down this time a I never thought that I would have bought a Toyota but for me, it's all about customer service and unfortunately, Classic Honda let me down this time and I had to find another option so lucky for Mac Haik, it was them. Kurt Sheet was excellent and everything that a real car salesman should be, even dealing with the disadvantages of the COVID-19 virus. I would recommend him to my friends. My ONLY complaint was that someone (and I do not know who) submitted my husband's email address as the purchaser instead of mine WITHOUT asking us first and it has caused numerous headaches, time and trouble in getting it changed and straightened out. Nobody bothered to asked us which email to use. It was done before we arrived at the dealership to finalize the paperwork with the the finance dept. Someone assumed just because my husband made the initial inquiry on a car, that he was the purchaser. It has caused problems with the Toyota app, Sirius Radio, etc. so next time, please verify this information with the customer before assuming that you know what it correct. Thank you. More

Service was fast and good, with one issue. I got an oil change and tire rotation and afterwards went to get my Tacoma washed. I had three oil hand prints down the drivers side of my truck. I also put an ex change and tire rotation and afterwards went to get my Tacoma washed. I had three oil hand prints down the drivers side of my truck. I also put an expensive TDR pro grill on the front of my truck and it had a nice scratch on the top. I had to get a rag and soup and clean the hand prints off after I washed it. That wasn’t fun after paying $110 for oil and tire rotation. More

Always nice dealing with Mac Haik and Sammy Yanes. Everyone seems nice and they like being there. My only complaint would be the process has to be cut in time,, especially for returning customers.
