She went above and beyond her job title by making sure I got everything just as I asked. I got leather put in my vehicle, which was taking longer than expected to be finished and Brenda communicated every step of the way and even delivered the finished vehicle to me to help work around my schedule. Use Brenda next time you buy a car and you won’t regret it. Also, Daniel in finance was incredibly nice. He helped a first time buyer like me understand my options with easy to understand terms!! When you quote a price - honor it Make sure you ask if there are any hidden charges for what inventory they list online. There were. We asked and were told this would be worked out. They added near $1000 to price due to CPO that wasn't advertised. Upon further conversation we were told they wouldn't charge it but wouldn't add the warranty. Ok fair nuff... agreed upon. Then they tried to charge near $500 more than the advertised price I printed 2 hours before we drove over an hour to get to the store. Showed them the printout with notes taken from the internet mgr just a few hours before. Printout was time stamped. Told it was "yesterday's price" and we had to deal with it. It was printed out HOURS BEFORE. In short bait and switch. I have worked in this industry for some time and hate to hear how many dealerships have negative stigmas attached to them as they look to look to get one over on you. In an age where it is harder and harder for dealerships to make the necessary money to stay profitable I get it. I didn't even haggle the price (the price i had printed out on the way to the store). And yet they would not honor the price that THEY advertised same day...literally in the time it took to drive there. Sorry Grand Prairie Ford not only have you lost a customer or a customer times 10 for anyone I speak with but you've lost my faith in honesty, integrity and owning up to your word in this industry.
