Excellent "No Hassle" New Car Purchase! I spent many weeks researching the Ford Focus ST. After making up my mind to buy this car, I reached out to Five Star Ford to inquire about a Focus ST I spent many weeks researching the Ford Focus ST. After making up my mind to buy this car, I reached out to Five Star Ford to inquire about a Focus ST they had on the lot that fit all of the options I had in mind. Lee Clanton responded to my email within 15-20 minutes along with all of the information I had requested. I called later that day to setup a test drive and he already had the key and was ready for my test drive. When I showed up at the dealership, the car was waiting out front with the engine running along with the A/C to cool the inside of the car. After a short informative test drive, we started looking at the how much the car would cost. The numbers Lee gave me matched the numbers he provided me via email earlier that day. Since Ford had a special 0% financing deal, I filled out the paperwork and met with Bob Little in Financing. After working with Bob to finalize the loan and other paperwork, I became a proud owner of a new 2015 Focus ST. In all of the 10+ cars I've purchased in my life, Bob was the best Finance guy I've ever had the pleasure to work with. In summary, both Lee Clanton and Bob Little made this the best car purchasing experience I've ever had. Within 2-3 hours after walking in the door, I was driving home in my new car. I will DEFINITELY buy my future cars from Five Star Ford. I will also recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Five Star Ford! Excellent customer service on your part! More

Worth the Drive I like my cars just hate having to deal with the dealerships and sales people. Well no more. Lee Clanton was awesome. I live 1 hour and 15 minutes eas I like my cars just hate having to deal with the dealerships and sales people. Well no more. Lee Clanton was awesome. I live 1 hour and 15 minutes east of the dealership without traffic and therefore to me it was of the upmost importance that I try to work out as much and I can over the phone or email before driving this far. Lee assured me he had the car I was interested in and would do everything within his power to hold it until i got there. He did just that. I give Lee a A++ for this buying experience, the whole thing went without on bit of anexity or tempers flaring. This was a first for me. I will definetly recommend Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills to all my friends and family should the be in the market for a car. Also Kenneth Wilder in finance was very professional and helpful.
