Unscrupulous Fake Repairs & Carfax Report Unreported Damage In March 2016, I purchased a 2010 Mercedes S550 from Certified Benz & Beemer. Immediately after I purchased the car, the brakes started sqeaking. Took In March 2016, I purchased a 2010 Mercedes S550 from Certified Benz & Beemer. Immediately after I purchased the car, the brakes started sqeaking. Took the car in the first week and the brakes had to be replaced. CBB covered the brakes but only after four days, several emails, and over 25 phones calls to their dealership. There was also a leak from the DSP pump and Bluetooth error discovered-both the Owner, Jack Scneider refused to pay. Please note this was during the first 15 days of purchase. The estimated costs to repair the DSP pump is $811.00 Then in May, I had to get the oil & filters changed. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue, but Certified Benz & Beemer reported on the Carfax Report that this work had been done prior to sale. That costs was $172.00. In July, I experienced another major issue, the car wouldn’t start. My initial thought was the battery but that wasn’t the issue. It’s also worth noting, that when we attempted to jump the car, the battery was old. It hadn’t been changed as reported by Certified Benz & Beemer. Forced to get the car towed back to the repair shop, the starter needed to be replaced. I contacted Certified Benz & Beemer, spoke with Jack and he was no help. The costs to repair starter was $800. This month in August, while I was driving the car, the Airmatic sign came up and the car shifted. To make matters worse, It became clear the car had been in a major accident. After getting the car towed and then detailed the shoddy body work became clear. Front end & quarter panel damage is probaly the catalyst of the excessive repairs. This is not my first S550 and the car only has a little over 60K miles, so I'm quite famaliar with the repair timeframes. The costs to repair Airmatic strut was $1700.00 Immediately, I called the Certified Benz & Beemer again, I couldn’t believe the amount repairs required to the vehicle. I spoke with the Owner, Jack Schneider, and informed him of the costly repairs along with the fact I now knew of the damages to the car. He “assured” me that his team had done excessive work prior to the sell however their recommended repair service location that I'm now a regualar at disputed that. Certified Benz & Beemer falsified their repair reports and falsely reported repair services to Carfax. At the beginning of our conversation, Jack was adamant that the car hadn’t been in an accident. By the conversation end he offered to send me a copy of the body work (which I never received). The car has had major bodywork done and its clear that he was aware though he failed to disclosed. To date, there is still over $2,000 in repairs to be bring the car up to standard and now the rear brakes need repair. If you’re thinking of purchasing a car from Certified Benz & Beemer (CBB) run…If you read similar reviews you find that the complaints are essentially the same, the car is a lemon and they CBB refuses to acknowledge and pay for it. If you must by, request a detailed repair report and take it to a third party or you will be sorry! More

Excellent buying experience and customer service I was looking for a Hummer for 3 months and was searching dealerships comparing prices and came across CCB internet ad. I made a call and connected to Andy, after I went down to CBB met with Andy the same day and 2 hours later I had a Hummer, was the easiest buying experience ever without no pressure sale, Andy did what he could to make sure I got into the vehicle I went for and was not trying to talk me into something I did not like, like most dealerships do. I was very pleased with CBB and all their staff, I will be recommending CBB to all my friends and family. More

A step above the rest!!!! We first dealt with Samuel Destefano who is not your typical car salesman but a professional. We decided to upgrade to a newer GT500 so we called and talked to Samuel and told him our circumstances and he said that it wasn't going to be a problem getting us into this car. Dustin Johnson helped with the shipping. All of these guys listed stayed professional and kind when dealing with us even when we probably were not the easiest to deal with. We live in Montana and once we received the car we noticed that certain parts were missing on the car. We called Lee Grubbs and he put us in contact with Tyson Muse who talked with us and our local ford dealership to get these parts back on the car. Jack Schneider,the owner, even called and talked to us personally to make sure we were happy and being taken care of. This dealership has went above and beyond any dealership that we have ever dealt with to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our purchase. This dealership is 100 percent honest when they say they stand by their cars so have faith in them if you decide to purchase a car from them. You will be happy and taken care of. Hope to do business with this dealership again soon. Thanks again !!!! More

M-B Repairs & Service I purchased my C300 about two months ago, from Jim. About a week ago, the ignition switch would not activate anything beyond the accessories position I purchased my C300 about two months ago, from Jim. About a week ago, the ignition switch would not activate anything beyond the accessories position. I contacted CBB and spoke with Val who reminded me that I would probably still be under my 3mo/3k mile warranty. They had the car towed in and diagnosed that the steering lock was faulty, but I was 58 miles over the warranty. After Val spoke with the GM (Lee) they honored the warranty and had the issue repaired for me. I was expecting to be treated like I have been before at so many other shops, gladly this was not the case. Their concern and willingness to help renewed my confidence that there are still some good, honorable businesses around, and Certified Benz & Beemer is definitely one of the good guys! Thank you so much to everyone at CBB who helped to make a lousy situation so much better! More
