We were blown away by the selection of high quality, low mileage cars. We had been casually looking for a convertible in Illinois (our home state), but hadn't found the right one yet. Jamie greeted us and showed us several Mercedes and BMW models. He was very friendly and knowledgable. We test drove a low mileage 650i and bought it. The price was fair and we appreciated the straight forward "no haggle" philosophy. We agreed to have Certified arrange shipping from AZ to IL. Unfortunately there were several challenges with getting the shipping arranged, which was frustrating, but Lee Grubbs took responsibility and made it right for us. Ultimately he and Jamie turned a frustrating shipping experience into a positive for us, which really demonstrated to me that Certified does believe in great customer service. Their actions certainly demonstrated that in our case. More

Awesome deal at CBB After weeks of looking for a luxury car for my family we finally found the perfect one at Certified Benz and Beemer! Certified Benz and Beemer was After weeks of looking for a luxury car for my family we finally found the perfect one at Certified Benz and Beemer! Certified Benz and Beemer was the first used car dealer my family have ever been to. We usually try and purchase vehicles at bigger dealership, but the advertised prices were too good to pass up. When we first entered it was quite empty but that didn't really bother use because the weather that day wasn't particular good. We looked around for a bit until Haris, our salesman, asked us if we needed help. We asked him about a particular BMW 328i that we saw on their website. He promptly looked up the vehicle and showed us to it. While walking up the stairs we were astounded by the the amount of vehicles in inventory! When we finally found the car Haris told us everything we needed to know about and gave us some alternatives because we didn't like the interior. After finding another 328i, Haris allowed us to take a test drive. We instantly fell in love with the vehicle! After returning Haris got his manager and we talked price. The Haris and the his manager explained to us that the price we would be paying would be the sticker price and they did not negotiate and it was against policy to do so. My family and I have never really dealt with this type of negotiation before! They explained that Their price was based on the lowest market values. While we thought that was strange, we had done our homework and they were not lying. Their price was 3-4000 below other dealerships. It was just hard to get around the habit of haggling! In the end we bought the vehicle, they were able to get us crazy good interest rate and we left the dealership in a practically brand new BMW 328i! Throughout the process Haris was polite, respectful and was never pushy. You can tell he really cares about you and will do his best in order for you to find your dream car. If you are in need of a vehicle go to Certified Benz and Beemer and go so Haris! More
