Didn't have title ready for several days. Ignored days of voicemails. Tried to change sale price on day of sale. Didn't provide me with promised documents subsequently. Deceptive practices through and though violating New York used vehicle buyer's bill of rights and various state consumer protection laws. Happy to be done with it. Will probably file a complaint against dealership. More
