We paid in cash and when they went to inspect the car, it failed. So service told us we need to spend $250 to replace the radiator sensor so it can pass inspection, we paid like idiots because we fouind out after the fact, it is illegal in NY to sell a car that fails inspection, lesson learned. When we finally picked up the car and went to drive home the check engine light came on again. We called our sales person trying to bring it back in for service and scheduling was close to impossible. When they finally took the car, service had the car for over a week and no one could tell my boyfriend what was wrong with the car. So I finally stepped in and started following up with service and our sales person. When they finally figured the issue out, (a week after taking the car in) they didn't even call us to tell us what the problem was. I had to call and follow up with them. They wanted to charge us $900 for the same issue they fixed two weeks prior because a "new code" came up. I tried to talk to Bobby Ericson about my concerns and he wouldn't speak to me and slupped me off to Lemar. The lack of communication was unacceptable and I am gravely disappointed in the level of professionalism. More
