Good experience bad car The guys were nice, I bought a car. Only to find out after I bought the car, it was missing a gas cap (which I had to go buy from Bmw dealer) the head The guys were nice, I bought a car. Not 100% sure yet I went into the dealership to look and I had in mind that I was only going to finance a Jeep. I was trading in my 2008 Grand Cherokee which was an exc I went into the dealership to look and I had in mind that I was only going to finance a Jeep. I was trading in my 2008 Grand Cherokee which was an excellent condition inside & out. It had a little over a 100,000 miles on it. The salesmen was very nice & took me out for a test drive in the Jeep I was considering. He informed me that it had heated seats/heated steering wheel. I really wasn’t paying attention to all the buttons as I was driving. We went inside and i went over the finances with the finance person & I couldn’t afford the payments even with the trade in of my Jeep. Then the sales manager came over to speak to me and he explained everything about a lease. I really didn’t want a lease and I told him i would think about it and come back. He said what can I do for you today. I did wind up getting the Jeep and went back the next day because I had to bring in the title. I went back the next day & it took awhile but I did leave with the car. I didn’t have time to go through the manual & really play with the controls of the Jeep. I texted the salesmen for something & he did respond. I got called into work the next couple of days so when I went through the controls to see how to work the heated seats & heated steering wheel I didn’t see any button and read & re-read the manual. I did text the salesmen again & I did say didn’t the Jeep we went out in for the test drive have heated seats/heated steering wheel. He said yes & told me what to do and to refer to the manual. So now I’m sure there is no heated seats/heated steering wheel in this Jeep & I did check the VIN number so when I went back the VIN number matched. I asked to speak to the salesmen and he was sure the Jeep we went in for the test drive had the heated seats/heated steering. Now we go out to the Jeep and he is looking & looking through the manual & he said I guess this Jeep doesn’t come with it. I asked to talk to the manger and he told me to wait in the waiting area he would have him come speak to me. I waited 40 minutes before I went to find the sales manger. Now finally I speak to the sales manager and I explained what happened. He said he was sorry this happened & he said he would see if he could hold the contract & put me in another Jeep with the options I chose. I said “Thank you so much”. He said well don’t thank me yet until I see what I can do. He took my license & checked the computer. He said he would get back to me the next day & if he couldn’t get me in another Jeep with the options I chose he would give me free oil changes while I had the Jeep. He didn’t call me today so I called him & left a message to call me & I still haven’t heard anything. It is very frustrating because they are very nice & spend time speaking to you when they want a sale but after the sale is now they don’t have time. This type of field is by referral so it would be appreciated if someone did the right thing. More

Finance manager needs to practice professionalism instead of yelling and insulting customers but that needs work. Lamar and Shawn were great !!! Fraud I do not recommend this dealership to anyone! I purchased a 2015 BMW X3 VIN# 5UXWX9C52F0D50127 on July 16th, 2019 paid $3000 down deposit, traded in m I do not recommend this dealership to anyone! I purchased a 2015 BMW X3 VIN# 5UXWX9C52F0D50127 on July 16th, 2019 paid $3000 down deposit, traded in my car, I signed off the title to them for a $1000, they switched over my insurance to the BMW, I was happy thinking I would get it the same day... Big mistake! First they told me coffee spilled on the title, come get the car the next day July 17th... I agree! Next day they said previous owner never paid off the car, there is a lein on the title I'd have to wait for DMV in Indiana to send a clean title and it'll be here by Friday July 19th...again, I agreed. I knew something was up but I had to play cool. Went back Friday the 19th, was told title didn't arrive yet... I left. I Received a called from sales manager on July 22nd saying " according to DMV, we won't get title until August 2nd" they wanted me to back out and cancel the deal so they pushed the date, I said... I will wait! Same day, someone else called and said "I'm so sorry we cannot sell you the car, it has to go back to auction". I got pissed off because they have the original title for my previous car, I am paying insurance for the new car and I have $3000 in the game! So, I did a title search... On July 25th, I called Indiana dealer division to find out the truth, I was informed that there was no lein on the title for the BMW and a new title was released on July 20th to the dealer. They were lying to me the whole entire time! I called the dealership and spoke to the General manager on the same day to ask why I am not getting the car I purchased, he sounded like a nice guy. He said, "I'm sorry for inconvenience and I am glad your team did a title search. The title should be here today or tomorrow, I will tell my team be on a lookout for it and once FedEx delivers it, I will call you to come get the car" coming from a GM, I believed him! General manager never called, 2 days later July 27th, I went to see the GM, waited for 2 hours... GM never came out, spoke to sales manager, he said finance office is closed, they went on break for another hour. Because I was on duty, I told him to call me when they open... Never called! On August 2nd, I called... Sales manager said, "the title is here, you can come get the car. Same day, I went to get the car... He said finance office is closed come back tomorrow morning 9:30AM and everything will ready. August 3rd, I sent the sales manager a text to tell him I was on my way, he said ok no problem. On my way to the dealership, 3 traffic lights away...that same sales manager called me and said " I am so sorry, I owe you a bug apology, the car was sold yesterday to someone else!" Which was on August 2nd! Please tell me, how in the world is that possible! I bought the car since July 16th. I am still paying insurance for the car, they have my title, they have $4000 down deposit for the deal...How could they sell that car to someone else... If anything I have priority over everyone! I filed a complaint with Jeep headquarters, NY Secretary of State (DMV) and the attorney general. I am getting a lawyer involved in this case... That's fraud, they breached the contract! Their license should be suspended for such crime. More
